Gig Tonight

“Very late notice but my quartet (myself on tenor sax, Janet Sherbourne – piano; Luke Steele – double bass; and Nat Steele – drums) is playing at the Rising Sun Arts Centre in Silver St, Reading this evening 7.30. £8/6. It’s a swing music evening so it will be all well known tunes and you can dance if you want – otherwise just come along and tap your feet.”

Collaboration with ‘Jazz in Reading’

I’m very excited that the Global Jazz Jam is now part of the roster of events put on by ‘Jazz in Reading’ – an organisation run by Steve Wellings and Nigel Dacombe who put on jazz events in the area and support local jam sessions.  They also make a monthly gig list of jazz in the area.
